YOU ARE REAALY AN INSPIRATION FOR ME. I STARTED AT THE Same weight. i am getting anxious because i am not losing as well. you have inspire me to keep trucking, no matter. i am glad to have you as my friend. i feel like i am so alone in this. family no help. but it me now!! i can do it
why did it take 10 months to lose? don't get me wrong, i am so happy for you . just a little anxious. did you stop for a while. i have my 63rd birthday sept 5. i want to be downfrom size 20 to size 16 or fourteen. i can get into 18 now , with a 17lbs lost. do you think it's possible? oh well, i feel good now that i am during something for myself. and since i am diabetic, i want to be healthy. my bs are so much better,and i can walk a lot better. i even went to the y two day s in a row. i can't overdo it though.i have trouble with my feet and legs.thanks for the shoulder this morning.

Virgo, everyone loses at a different pace. I am also diabetic. I have lost 96 pounds, and it has taken me awhile to do it. I started in Sep 2008 and lost the most of the weight the first year. You got to exercise and drink the water and follow the plan, I am sure your family would help you gain this mine did.
