Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday! So far, for the last week I have been 100% and it is showing on the scale. Me=happy!! This evening will be a challenge though--I just baked 2 cobblers, one peach and one blueberry. We have company coming soon so I felt the need to provide a good old-fashioned American dessert.
