So totally awesome! I've been so on plan. And the scale shows it! I'm still trying to lose the 5 lbs that I put on in June. (June was an awful month for me) But hey, I've got the scale going in the right direction again and that is a plus. NS is such a great plan and it works so effortlessly. I've spent this evening playing games on the NS game forums with some very nice ladies and gents. Just been an enjoyable time for a change. Hope all of you have a super Sunday!
