Nnoooo!!!
Omg so I totally messed up today!!! My son and I went to my bf grandmas house and was talking about pie with ice cream on top and all this yummy food!! And guess what! As we left and were driving home my lovely bf suggested we treat ourselves to some yummy marrie calendars dinner and pie for dessert!! I said no at first but he suckers me in! We has a salad chicken pot pie and razzleberry  pie....it was amazing but after I ate it I was solo disappointed!! I feel like I completely ruined my diet and imma gain all the weight back! Does this happen to everyone? How do you control your craving? Do you have a cheat day??

My Tickers

My best advice- look at what you were feeling when you gave in- and learn from it! You will figure out what triggers you to eat unhealthy stuff and then you can conquer it. I would stick to the program completely for as long as you can-a week, a month- when you see the results you will let go of a need for a cheat day and realize that food is not an event or a reward! My first month I was really strict and the cravings worked themselves out. Definately normal- old habits die hard!

You didn't ruin your diet. Just get back on plan today and try to learn from what happened. Beachgirl has some great advice. You can do this! :)

Get right back on plan! It takes a while to break that habit of "treating ourselves" with food - every time we feel good or feel bad or achieve something or lose something or have an occasion or a get-together. But stick with NS long enugh and you just might lose that basic instinct. And a lot of weight. :-)

Don't beat yourself up! Just get back up and get moving again. It may temporarily slow you down, but if you just get right back on track, it will not have "ruined" anything :-)
