Today I ate out.Had grilled shrimp and large salad with honey mustard dressing.Hope this does not mess me up.

Well it is going better.Adding some spices help.Scale is going down....

Today I have to take myself seriously.I had a quiet Sunday.Food was on my mind all day.monday will be better.I have to get out.Busy day so that will help.I have had a headache.Wonder if that is common.

Why does the way we look seem so important to others?I have to try and lose so someone will take me seriously.
