Week five jump off
Yeah!!!! two pounds this week.  That is twenty pounds so far.  I carried a 20 pound bag of dog food around the back yard for a bit.  I felt really good when I put it down.  I feel the progress.  I am trying to find reasons to  cheat, like I deserve it, and I really have to fight these urges.  I want to have a really good week.  Boost me up!

Wow- 20 pounds. That is awesome. I love how you put it into perspective. I loved my first 10, I thought a bag of potatoes. Can't wait to hit 35 lbs, that is my daughter. Good job, don't cheat now you are doing too good. All it brings anyway is guilt- blah, who needs it?

Well, from my book (the Meal Planner) there is NO CHEATing. There are just choices. Don't think of eating off plan as cheating, just think of it as making a choice if I eat off plan, and then you can make a choice to get back on plan, or maybe you can make a choice to become more obese, etc. The reason we both got this way is because of the Choices we make....not the cheating...

I know you were half way joking and I know that you are not going to make a choice to eat off the program, but the negativity of Cheating is more than we need to but on us while we are developing a new way of eat.

Enough of that...Make this program simple. Follow the mean planner. When it says EAT, then by all means eat everything you are allowed to eat., when thre is a NO eat time, that is exactly whay it means...NO EAT., unless the intack is on the program.

Cheers to you,

Anything less than 100% is only cheating yourself.

A long time ago I saw this posted on someone's page. If I am tempted by something I know I shouldn't have, I try to repeating it to myself. More often than not, it stops me from making a bad choice.

You're doing great. Keep it up!

hahaha--i use the 20# dog food bag as my weight comparison, too.

Putting the bag down is the reward, not cheating. Eating as a reward is the old you! Pick up that bag again every time you get the urge to cheat! Dog food therapy!
