I've Broken That "0" Yea!
Yes, I have and it was a big deal for me. I had been stuck at 180.0 to 181.5 for over a month. Following the plan but still stuck. Got on the scale today and lo and behold it didn't groan when I stepped on it! The numbers kept climbing I thought it was going to pass the target but it stopped. It stopped at 178.5!!!!!!!!! Two successes in 24 hours. Size 12 jeans and 1.5 pounds that broke the "0" in 180 pounds. I've been smiling all day! Wohooooo! The next mini goal for me is 175.0 pounds and I am so looking forward to it. I get my 20 pound bear with my next shipment tomorrow so I am really jazzed. I hope you are all doing well, hang in there, be patient and positive. Keep on keep'n on! Stay 100% NS. Wishing you lots of weight loss and good health. Sandie
