Thursday...feels like doomsday!
I haven't cheated, I've eaten everything they tell me to eat in the portions they dictate. I haven't been on the scale since my last Saturday scheduled date. I KNOW without a doubt that I'm up a couple pounds. It is very depressing. There's no question I've gained a couple pounds. I'm bloated and not feeling well at all. I'm dreading Saturday's weigh in. Cross you fingers, say a prayer that I at least stayed the same weight as last week. I think I'll be devastated if I've gained. I've decided to go to the pool with my dear neighbor, if and when my schedule allows and my visiting cousins arrive and leave. Right now there's too much to get done before their visit to be running to the pool on dreaded Saturday morning. I'm getting lots of exercise cleaning and cooking for the visit. Wish me luck, please!

Oh how well I know exactly what you are talking about! First realize that you can only handle so much--sounds like there is alot going on there right now so don't beat yourself up about not exercising or even gaining a bit. Beating yourself up will undermine everything and you don't want to do that! :)
You can do this! Somedays (and weeks and weigh ins) will be better than others. But please know that you are not alone in this...I worry about stepping on that scale every week. I'll be thinking good thoughts for you!

Hang in there!!! I had a weight gain last week of 1 lb and I know it doesn't sound like much but when you are being really good on your diet...well you understand. It will get better we all have bad weeks so pat yourself on the back you made it through another week and you may still surprise yourself on Saturday.

I am exactly the person to make these comments too, and to understand wht you are going through. I battle the whole constipation thing ALL the time. I have found that warm prune juice really helps. I know it sounds awful, but if you don't look at it when you drink it, it's not really that bad. It usually gets me going...if you know what I mean.
