Too Much Stress!
It's been a terrible week. My new furniture 3 weeks old is breaking down already. Bought from a reputable store. They won't take it back and they want to fix it with the same stuffing it came with. That makes no sense; I'll be calling them back again to restuff in another couple weeks. It's the 7 anniversary of my Dad's passing and my Mother had an emotional meltdown and took it out on me not the person who caused all the trouble. She angered my husband and completely upset my household. Her tantrum is over but the aftermath of hurt feelings lingers on. However, I didn't not swallow a bandaid! No binging, no cheating; not even once. No ice cream, no Snickers, No ECLAIRS! I weigh tomorrow and I refuse to sabotage myself! One pound down would be a wonderful thing for me to see tomorrow morning. I'd be eternally grateful to the Nutrisystem Gods! Some one told me stress inhibits weightloss. Lord, I hope not. I'm sorry to be so sad, this is not my usual demeanor...I love to make everyone laugh at my blogs. Maybe next time.

I am sorry girlfriend! Call the headquarters of the furniture store...sometimes that makes a BIG difference.
Here's keeping my fingers crossed for your weigh in tomorrow! I have one too!

Bummer...sometimes you may find telling them they need to be reported to the BBB is a motivator ??? I hope so...

so sorry to hear that. It should take one phone call to help you it has helped me in the past. You need to call your Attorney General's Office and tell them you received defective furniture and the company refused to replace or refund I believe that they may be able to help you. Good Luck.

I know you're stressing, but I had to giggle when you said you didn't "swallow a band-aid"...oh that's priceless!!

GOOD for you!! Now let's all head on over to the so-called "reputable" furniture store and give them a HUGE ration of sh!t !!!

Thanks for your support. I'm seeing the store manager tomorrow with the flattened cushions in hand. We'll see what he's going to do, since Customer Service says they can't do anything for 5 to 7 days.
