"Breaking a Zero"
This is my name for losing enough weight to go down below the last digit being a 0! In other words from 200 to 199 or from 190 to 189.

I have been trying for without success for two years to get below 190. Tomorrow I get on that scale and I am hoping I get to 189 or lower would be wonderful. I've been in the pool paddling around for five days; hoping that this little bit of exercise works. You might say this is a mini goal on the way to the major goal of 140 pounds.

Each time I have gotten to 190 prior to NS I ended up gaining back everything I lost and a couple more. I believe I've lost the same 12-14 pounds at least more than six or seven times. We'll see tomorrow.
