Plateau Broken?
I'm down a pound after bouncing up and down between 178 and 180 for the last month, I've finally hit 177.0 and hope that this marks the end of my dreaded plateau.
I've cut out all dairy for the next two weeks and I'm making sure that I get 1200 calories every day. I am following the plan to the letter.
Here's hoping that the next weigh in Saturday will be at least one-half pound down. The Mini Goal I set in September is still 175.0 and I'd like to be that before my family comes to visit on November 1st. That gives me two weeks. Keep your fingers crossed.
