Hey everyone,

I got tagged and now I am passing the honor on to seven of you to tell us all ten things about yourself noone else knows or are unique to you.

Thank you Mr.Gates for this opportunity:

1.  I am currently training my abs to try a fitness modeling cover.

2.  I did professional modeling as a child till age 12.  I did about six months of modeling in the past year again.

3.  I will have a new website up and running soon for selling clothes that you use briefly while you lose weight to other people losing weight.

4.  My favorite colors are red and yellow.

5.  I use to travel forty weeks a year when I worked!

6.  I am Italian American.

7.  My degree is in Nursing and I spent one half of my career as a clinical specialist then went on to a second career in business for many, many years.

8.  I am on chemotherapy and do take some steroids still currently.

9.  I am blessed with many good friends, a good life and lots of love.

10.  I make the best pizza in the US.  My crust rocks!

      The recipe

      1.  One packet of activated yeast

      2.  One cup of warm water.. make sure to never have water above 130 degrees try to be around 118 degrees for best results.

     3.  Two tablespoons of honey

     4.   1/4 cup of Olive oil

     4.  One teaspoon of salt

     5.   Three and a half cups of all purpose wheat or regular flour

Put water and yeast in your Kitchen aide mixer and let stand for a few minutes then add honey and let stand one more minute.  Add Olive oil and salt then the flour and blend with dough hook on medium for five minutes.  Knead dough for two minutes by hand then put in a warm area covered and let rise for one hour.  Punch the air out of the dough and it is ready to put on your pan.  Make sure to dust any pan you use with corn meal prior to putting a pizza down.  I usually coat with Olive oil lightly then corn meal.  Bake at 475 for about fifteen minutes usually.  Start checking with your oven around that time.  You may need twenty.  Save this for your kids or for when you are on maintenance as it is healthy and makes many servings.
