Ride that horse....
Good Saturday Morning to all! Yay, I lost another pound this week!Way Too Happy
That makes 46 pounds total! Getting closer every day to the big 50.
I still have 20 to go, but I'll get there. I've been steadily losing
since I started. It takes two things at least to lose: (1) staying
faithful to NS and (2) not giving up when you slip. If that happens,
forgive yourself, pick yourself up, dust off your pants and get
back on that horse and ride.  Horseback Riding

I suggest that instead of concentrating on how nice you'll look when
you reach your goal weight (and you will), think of attaining and
maintaining a healthy weight as your overriding goal, with the added
natural side benefit of looking great. How wonderful! Good health
and good looks! Beauty PageantWho could ask for anything more? THANK YOU, NS!! Thank You

~~~Joan
You're up awfully early! Congrats on the 46 gone! I know you've been working hard at it for awhile. I think I'm going to try flexing on the weekends to see if I'm "ready" for the real world again. Any ideas? There's no one to cook for but me now so cooking may not work and I'll just stay on NS. I hate cooking for one person! I like your idea of maintaining the health weight as the goal....I'm afraid that's where I'll fall off the horse... Have a great weekend! dj
Hello there!
I'm very proud of you. You are really making a dent in that weight loss. I am struggling right now to do that same thing. Don't know what it is going to take to get me to that 50 pound mark. You are already ahead of me by about a pound. (Not that we're racing), but couldn't help but notice.
Hang in there!!!
Best of luck,
Linda
