Another successful day! Stayed within the parameters of the
program and rode my bike. I hope everyone else had a
successful day too.

I must say that blogging is great because it gives me accountability.
My thanks to all who visit my blog and provide moral
support. You are appreciated.

Tonight I am very boring , so I am going to closed down shop
and get some much-needed shut-eye. Come back again soon, and
I'll try to make my blog more titillating.
