Happy July 4th!
I've changed profile picture again and am grossly distressed. Sometime between the last time I had a picture made and the time this one was made, I got OLD! :sad2: Thing is, I don't feel old, and it is a shock to see the change in my face. Oh, well, time marches on, and I need to get in step! :thumbu2: Since I'll soon be 66, I had better get used to it, don't you think? :$

Today has been less boring than yesterday since I haven't had to tiptoe around the house to keep from waking my husband. Have been washing clothes, etc., and trying out my new camera. BTW, if I can take a picture that LIES a bit, I will change that profile pic again. :tongue10:

Lost another pound today. :rock1::rock1::rock1: I hope to hit the 170's next week. It will be good to get out of the 180's. I have to pinch myself sometimes to believe that I am really losing weight. A big thank you to Nutrisystem, with a nod to Calorie King as well.

You do NOT look 65 years old, missy! It is a nice picture! Where do you get all those cool "emoticons" to add to your posting? Are they in the formatting options?

You look great and b.) you're only as old as you allow yourself to feel. You'll get used to your new look over time (from the weight loss) and come to respect the beauty that your service on earth has given to your face. Embrace the change.

Many thanks to Iswenson65 and Dick_Willis. Your kind words really did cheer me! I'm not the world's best in decorating My Page, but come visit anyway, especially if you like CCR.

The emoticons came from Calorie King, a neat weight loss program I am a member of. I blog there regularly and visit the site often to log my food and exercise. I love NS, but find their food logging program to be a bit clunky.
