Hello, my NS friends. I went to lunch today with a co-worker to a
restaurant notorious for not having low-cal food!

The choices
were slim. I ended up with a bowl of onion soup and half of
a turkey club
sandwich on wheat bread, which was about as good as it
gets except for a really bad salad. I don't like theirs.


The soup was supposed to be
French onion, but I had them leave out the
bread and the cheese, so I’m
guessing that took it out of the “French”
category.

I actually left some
of both the soup and the sandwich behind. I was so proud of myself!
I skipped the Activia I usually eat at lunch time with my NS meal, but
I did
eat my 3:00 snack – low-fat string cheese and cherries. Love
those cherries!
Yum!

The proof will be in the pudding when I weigh in tomorrow
morning!
