It’s almost Wednesday, and I haven’t blogged since Monday! Shame
on me.

I hope everyone is doing well on NS! I am with one
exception – Monday night my good friend Martha and her husband took
me to KFC for supper. The green beans and collards were okay, but the
rest of what I ate wasn’t. The supposedly lower-cal grilled chicken was
very greasy, and I topped that off with some kind of cobbler. Fortunately,
I had prepared for it somewhat so it wasn’t as bad as it could have been.
Today, I just started over again and stayed on program, although I haven’t
logged my food like I should have.

I have a few resumes for my open position at work that look good, and
I am going to start interviewing soon. If I don’t, the end of August will be
here before I know it and I’ll be short one staff member! Not good. My
office is still a cold war zone, but I don’t let it bother me any more. The
light is at the end of the tunnel!
