Today I'm logging everything I eat! No eating out today.
Yay, the weekend is coming!

No kidding this time!

It's Wednesday - hump day!
If I don't quit going out to lunch with friends, I am going to
be in trouble.

Yesterday, I had half an order of meatloaf, steamed
squash (no added fat, which was good) and a piece of watermelon for lunch. I
guess that wasn't too bad, plus I ate reasonably for supper. Problem is,
I didn't log it - too hard to calculate, so I may be under estimating what
I actually ate.

Not a good excuse, is it?

Tomorrow is a new
day, though, and I plan to log every single bite.

And drink my water.
And ride my bike.

And keep a positive, go-getter attitude.
I hope you will join me!
