I have finally started losing again!
Yay!! :rock1: Yipee!! :rock1: Hot Dog!! :rock1: I lost one-half pound today!
:rock1: :rock1: That may not seem like much, but at least now I am not
stuck anymore. I was beginning to think I was permanently stuck on 180.
I can vividly remember the last time I weighed less than 180, but only because
my memory is good. :laugh5: I hate plateaus, especially when I am doing what I
am supposed to do - well, most of the time, anyway. :tongue10: Maybe this week's
increase in water consumption has helped.

Our weather has been hot, but we have had a few storms enough to water my
precious hydrangea bush and my granddaughter's dogwood tree. We planted
that tree 12 years ago when she moved away to NC. :heart2: She had been living with us, and it was so wrenching to lose contact with her on a daily basis that my husband very wisely suggested the tree. After about 3 years, it bloomed for the first time and is now gorgeous, although it has suffered a bit in the dry weather we've recently had. Unfortunately, our water hose will not reach it, so I have been grateful for any and all rain!

I cannot think of anything else to say this morning that is not work-related, so since I am not going there again other than to say all is quiet on the western front, I'll sign off. Thank you for visiting my blog today. to all of you.

Congratulations! Hitting a plateau is hard, but now you are past it.

I hope to weigh 180 (and then less) someday so know that I am rooting for you.

Yeah I am so happy you jumped off that plateau. We too have a special tree in our yard. When my son was 5 he is now 20. He found a baby tree in my grandmothers yard. Transplanted it and it started growing. When she died a few months later we took the tree to our house where it now is a BIG tree. Kinda neat.
Hope you have a great weekend too.

Oh I forgot to say... fill up a couple gallon milk jugs and water your tree.
