OK. So last weekend I was just telling my family, co-workers, and friends how I was so excited to get to the 25 pound mark and I was weighing in at 23.5 pounds...well before I knew it come Monday the scale totally skipped the 23.5 and went to 27.5! I'm just flabbergasted! This is an incredible journey and I just can’t get over the fact that I am actually doing this! My goal is to lose another 25 pounds before my birthday on May 26th. So I can say I've lost 50 pounds this year. Making me weigh in @ 270. That's only another 22.5 pounds. Can I do it?? YES I CAN!! *Sings Happy Birthday To Me :)
Back to Blog time:The other day I was at work standing next to one of my supervisors and slipped my hands in my pocket & my hand slipped straight down into the pocket!! Usually I can hardly even get that far…but the pants although size hasn’t dropped that much they are looser and I am just really now wanting to take a good long look and reevaluate my body. Starting with the measuring tape.
I bought some 3 pound weights to work out with when I’m sitting at home watching my netflix movies during the week and have even started walking to the train station in the mornings. Where is this energy coming from? MEEEEE!!
I also had a scary moment that just became clear to me TODAY that kind of scared me but also has opened my eyes to being more healthy, this past weekend I was online with my Fiance Gene and we are long distance till September when he moves here to NY from Florida…. anyways…. we like to drink together sometimes. And it was a long week and I felt like I needed something to help me relax and usually we drink Johnny walker but I couldn’t afford it so I bought the cheap stuff called Grants and had a few shots when I got home with diet soda. I then got online a few hours later and we drank another 3 together…well afterwards I was SICK, I mean vertigo sick…. laid down, couldn’t eat anything, felt like alcohol poisoning and didn’t realize until today that my body mass index has dropped and I am not able to take them back like I used too. Kind of scary thought since I’m used to keeping up with Gene with the drinks but now…my body is changing and I’m just going to have to remember to take things in moderation. Especially when I drink!! (Not part of NS I KNOW)
Anyways, I hope everyone else is doing great and keeping up with the program. It’s wonderful. Isn't it?
I got my first non-nutrisystem fan based email regarding my weight loss wondering if I could show them the way. Maybe I’ll start a live website blog for it.
Also I’m excited cause I think by the time my next shipment comes I’ll have two more bears in it! Wooty WOOT!!
