Hola!! What a beautiful day :)
I can't believe it's already been 4 weeks and I've lost 15 pounds!! I mean wow! If every month I lost 15 pounds wouldn't that be something?
So current weight is 305.
I'm telling you right now, I've been at 300 pounds for the last oh i don't know...4-5 years?? I think I seriously will cry when I get past that and am under 300. If I can do that, I know that I can start thinking about doing things I have put off, like monkey bars and shopping in stores other than Lane Bryant and Sears.
I've never been completely skinny, I've always been on the plus size and this whole transition is kinda scary but exciting at the same time. I wanna go ice skating and not worry about falling and breaking the ice or like I said...my biggest goal for myself is to go across monkey bars. Does that sound silly? I never was really able to do it, even when I was a kid.
But I know I'm going to cry when I lose those few more pounds...and then I'm going to go find a set of monkey bars and every month try. How's that sound for a life long fitness goal??

The Flex plan is still very new to me but I did make a nice dinner casserole with chicken and greenbeans. YUM! It was nice not having to make a salad and fruit and the little box of food, but an actual serving of just casserole. Filling and yummy and to the point! I'll blog more as I continue to figure out more days for my flex days. But weekends are looking to be the days for it since I can cook then.
