Getting in the routine
Day 3- down 2 pounds already but more importantly I am back to the gym. I am glad that having Nutrisystem in the house motivates me to do this right. I struggle with midnight munchies (as I too have quit smoking 2 months ago) but will learn how to manage that.

Good for you getting back in the gym AND for giving up smoking!!!! Keep yourself some veggies cut up and ready for those midnight munchies.....and drink drink drink water to help keep you full!! Some people swear that chewing gum helps when they get the urge to snack......you'll find something that works for you til you adjust to your healthy new routine!!

What I do for those munchies...If its REAL bad..I have some popcorn! I get the bagged ones (people will argue this is bad for you, air popped is best but I do it anyways) I get the ones with 15 calories per popped cup. I usually just eat the whole bag but I don't eat as much in calories as on plan (I flex). I would def say popcorn is good for munchies when you aren't terribly hungry and you ate all your food already. Another thing, when you have no more food left for the day and you are feeling like eating something, just ask yourself if you are really hungry. If yes, eat veggies. If veggies don't sound good, then you aren't hungry. It works for me most the times lol.
