I am orginally from West Point and go their often to visit. Cheers on you. I wish you wish choices in your program. Just remember this is not hard. All you need to do is follow the "meal planner". write down all you eat and when you eat it.

It works.

Cheers,

Good for you for not giving in !

You'll be just fine. Last night our basement flooded and we had disaster cleanup come in until 2:00 in the morning. Not a lot was lost, it was just inconvenient and tiring (the city is paying for the damage because they haven't upgraded the piping in the street).

A friend called and said they were having an impromptu party and my first thought, "Man, do I need a drink tonight and oh, her desserts are SO good. I deserve it." But you know what? I didn't indulge! I stuck to my diet even when I had no will power due to the stress of dealing with my basement.

So, you'll be fine tonight. Have a great Fourth!

Welcome to NS.
