Making a LIST of "REWARDS" Other than Food... [You Want To HELP?]

I'd love to have your help in making a "LONG" List of REWARDS other than Food when we reach our "MINI" Goals and Beyond.  Could I enlist you to help me with this list?  Perhaps it'll be something we continue adding to give us something "REAL" to strive for with every inch or ounce we loose?

Yesterday I went shopping for Christmas for my grandsons and family...  While out I started thinking... Why NOT Get "myself" something that I could use once I lost my next 10 pounds.  So without any guilt,  I looked through the PJs and selected me a nice set of PJs that were smaller than what I normally would purchase for myself ON SALE at 40% off it's original price.  No, I didn't have them to wrap it for me, but I did bring it home and folded it neatly in my PJ drawer after trying it on to see just how much weight I'd have to loose to make them feel just right.  Man, they were snug, but they did look very neat and warm for the cold weather that we'll be having in only a month from now.

So with my PJs set aside, I continued on my Silver Plan for the day... I had been careful to pack my lunch entry Fudge Graham Bar for lunch.  So when I got home I drank my V-8 and glass of water...  Felt good and proud that my "mindset" was focused and I had not a thing to worry about.  [This morning, after waking up, I weighed and measured.  I'd lost another pound and 2.5 inches since my last weigh-in on Wednesday.  I'd been on a PLATEAU for 2 weeks before that.  So Wow!  I'm pumped and ready for the scales to continue tipping in "my" favor.]

Suggestions and ideas with your comments would be truly appreciated.  Thank you.  Maritom <')))><

How about going to see a movie? (you can bring your NS snack with you and pass up the popcorn).

I have decided to buy myself flowers for every 20 lbs. An NS friend is getting pedicures.

I buy myself something with every ten pound loss. I have six children and NEVER buy myself anything! But part of my new "mindset" is no longer going without and putting everyone above myself.
On my ten pound loss, I bought a designer handbag with matching wallet.
At twenty pounds I bought myself 2 books. (I just wish they would have sold the time to read them with them!)
At thirty pounds I got a manicure.
I am 3 pounds away from forty pounds and I haven't quite decided what to get yet, but I have plenty of thoughts rolling around. I think I may get myself a whole pile of nice new socks!

Have fun and treat yourself! It doesn't matter if it's two $5.00 books, or a $50.00 manicure, YOU'VE EARNED IT AND DESERVE IT!

Take care,
Tammy

I like the idea of manicure, pedicure, massage, day at the spa. The other day I allowed myself a trip to Old Navy and bought a new pair of jeans - imagine my total surprise when I got in to a size 4. I haven't worn a size four since third grade!!
