Ok we are coming up on almost 2 weeks of the same weight. The scale is just not moving. Not even 1/10th. What is up with that. I even got some exercise in yesterday on the ole treadmill. This is so unfair. But I will hit the treadmill again today and try doing it even longer. I put a tv in there to help pass the time. I have tried to up my calories intake, but ( I can't believe I am saying this) that is hard. I am making sure I get all of my water in and then some. I keep having dreams that I am skinny. I am taking this as very positive!!! thanks for letting me vent. I am staying on track and it WILL happen.
