First day down!
Well I got through my first day and I was up 1/2 pound.  Rather discouraging, but I knew I should'nt get on the scale already.  It just seems like I never stopped eating yesterday.  I am sure I eat more now then before I started this.  Does everyone feel that way at first?  And can't wait to see how much I will lose my first week!!

It does feel like I'm eating a bit more than normal, but hey, it's supposed to work. I'm very excited to see what happens next Monday when I "officially" weigh myself. I'm down about 2lbs since Monday, but I think it's because I've been drinking water like it's going out of style!

Don't weigh yourself everyday! Our bodies grow thru changes everday. Fluids, and whatever! Weigh once a week and make that you official day to look forward to and work towards, i.e. eating properly, drinking all your water and trying to fit it excercise of some sort. Then when that day rolls around weigh yourself right after you wake up in the AM-----
