Hey Marlene,   I have been with NS for just 7 days now and i remember telling my mom on day 3 that i all ready felt thinner also.  In fact i cheated and weighed myself after two days and had lost 2.5 pounds, but i believe it has to do with the amount of water i am now drinking vs the food at that early date. Anyway, i would love to be a NS friend.  Right though i need to go to bed, i have had my grandson all day and i am worn out. Type @ you later.
