So glad for the Daily Dose. It helps me stay focused and gives me great ideas on how to stay on the diet. It is great to have someone do this for me and not having to face a real person. For some reason I feel sharing with people I don't personally know is easier than with people I do know. I don't have to worry about being judged. So thank you for being there and sharing with a stranger.
I did so much better this week. I lost 1.5 pounds, and a full inch all around. I am proud of myself. I was worried that I might have gained because I had such a BAD week. The weekend was horrible, emotionally, and so my week started out bad. I even cheated. I had two slices of red velvet cake and a homemade chocolate chip cookie. My water intake was at an all time low and no exercise. So, as you can probaly guess, I am HAPPY. I hope that everyone else on NS has had a good week and if not, don't give up. It will get better.
A disappointing week. I only lost 0.5 pounds. My daughter told me that was better than gaining or staying the same. At least I am still losing. She has a point and I haven't strayed yet. It has been harder to stay on track though and for the first time since I started the program I have been hungry. I am thinking it might have something to do with the time of the month. lol I always seem hungrier and feel bloated more. At least that is what I am telling my self. Hope everyone one else is having success and will continue on. It made me feel good that my husband told me this morning that he is proud of me for sticking with it and losing weight. A real boost.
Well, I have been on Nurtisystem's for 2 weeks and have already lost 4 pounds. I am so proud of myself. Losing weight has always been a challenge for me since I found out that I have hypothyrodism and injured my feet in an accident. Haven't been able to do much exercise as far as walking is concerned due to the injury. I ended up having a total hip replacement this past March due to the injury. But I am determined to lose weight this time and get in some exercise. I have been walking some and really enjoying it. Some days I end up taking the pain medication after a walk but that is ok. I wish all that read this success in their weight endeavor.

I have tried so many different diets without success that I have decided to give it one more try. I am lazy when it comes to fixing the right foods to lose weight so I thought it best to at least get the basic food items and go from there. This way I have someone helping to keep me on the right track and someone to answer to. Wish me luck.
