My Goals are Few
  1. My goal is to leave the seatbelt extenders at home when I have to fly.
  2. My goal is to be able to climb stairs without having to take a break.
  3. My goal is to wear summer clothing in, well, SUMMER, without worrying about what is showing or hanging out.
  4. My goal is to not need medications for HBP or pre-diabetes.
  5. My goal is to get back on the gym routine.
  6. My goal is to be comfortable sleeping in a bed.
