My Goals are Few
- My goal is to leave the seatbelt extenders at home when I have to fly.
- My goal is to be able to climb stairs without having to take a break.
- My goal is to wear summer clothing in, well, SUMMER, without worrying about what is showing or hanging out.
- My goal is to not need medications for HBP or pre-diabetes.
- My goal is to get back on the gym routine.
- My goal is to be comfortable sleeping in a bed.
