Well I canceled my auto delivery as $$ is getting very tight here. We are in the beginning process of converting our little 1 and 1/2 bedroom 1 bath cape to a 3 bedroom 2 bath colonial and the project is becoming quite costly!! My last shipment should arrive tomorrow so I have another month to go and then I thought I would get some of the a la carte for breakfasts or lunches and just cook healthy dinners. Nutrisystem has taught me alot about portion control and eating a well balanced meal, which I hope will help me out. I am hoping money won't be as tight at the beginning of the year and I can start back up on my auto delivery. Time to go check out a la carte. Have a great night all.......

Was there a full moon? or maybe it was just a little pms? I could not resist eating DD munchkins yesterday. I ate one, then next thing you know I must have popped about 8 or so in my mouth!! I looked like a chipmunk storing nuts for the winter!! tried to counter act that by having a salad with chicken for lunch then had sushi for dinner...thank God weigh in is not until next Friday. Now, have to get through halloween candy...UGH. I think I can, I think I can......

I finally got to my ten pound mark!! I have not seen the 180's in a VERY long time! I am not suppose to weigh myself until the end of the week, but I did. I just wanted to cry, so happy I decided to stick with it. next goal....the 170's. lets do it :)

Happy Sunday to All! I was looking on the recipe club and I saw a lot of recipes that looked good but I noticed some of the foods that are mentioned in the recipes I do not have on my order list...Because I am on the Flex program do I have different foods?

Ok, 4 weeks and only lost 7 pounds?? It is almost not worth it for me to continue. I am thinking about getting my thyroid checked as my hair has been falling out for about 6 months or so. I am so upset about this, I have been working so hard at this diet, now after this morning's weigh in I am ready to quit!!!

Ok, I blew it tonight. I woke up this morning and decided I had to have Chinese food for dinner. I obsessed about this all day and no matter how many times I told myself I shouldn't and my husband told me I shouldn't...I did anyway! I had my NS for breakfast and lunch, but I had to have that Chinese food for dinner. Needless to say I feel guilty and bloated!! Well no use in thinking about it anymore, start fresh tomorrow!

happy Sunday to all!! I am a little concerned about what will happen after NS. Once we start eating "regular" food again I am really afraid that the pounds will slowly come creeping back. I know that NS has given us the tools: ie portion control, balanced meal etc. With my weekends off, I find myself eating a little better than I used to, but I am getting bored with my food selections. Time to start reading the NS cookbook and getting some different ideas....I have also been cooking better for my husband in the past couple of weeks and he has lost more weight than me!!! hahahaha

I went to watch my Husband shoot pool tonight and unfortunately I did have 1 bud light which I know was bad. BUT....while I was sitting there I was watching the girls on his team eating burgers/fries/nachos etc... and they were big girls. Then I said to myself, wow that was me! I would be sitting there eating all that stuff a month ago. Now I have no desire to eat that garbage!! I excused myself from the bar and went home and had a glass of water and my NS snack! Just seeing those girls has given me even more incentive to lose weight !!!

Can someone please explain to me how you can inches but not pounds ? does that only apply if you are working out? I would think if you lose inches you should lose pounds also. I am confused.

Today is the first day I was able to drink all 8 glasses of water! It does not fill me up one bit (except for my bladder). I actually felt a little more hungry by drinking all this water...kind of weird.

Good Evening NS friends! I started about a week ago and lost 3 lbs so far, but I do find myself getting a little hungry between meals..will is get better? is it ok to grab a piece of fruit? I also cannot get motivated to exercise AT ALL. HELP!!!
