When I received the food the portions seemed SO SMALL!&nbsp; But not learning to eat the right portion and "grazing" all day has really helped.</FONT></P> <P><FONT face=Tahoma color=#ee82ee size=4>Also I have to say it's been rather stressfull Sept/Oct my youngest is in his senior year at HS.&nbsp;
