Started today but found I was hungry as I haven't had time to get fruit and milk. But I had a cup of green tea and found that helped, now not thinking about how hungry I was. I knew I was going to be a bit hungry but not like this. Think I will get protein drink and hope that will help.

It's hard to start the program if you don't have all of your veggies and PFs and SCS. When you eat everything that is required and eat every 3 hours or so it really helps keep the hunger pains away......and don't forget to drink drink drink the water!!

It takes a bit to get going for some of us!!! You will not be hungry if you eat the veggies and drink the water. The veggies that are unlimited are the food to help fill you up. While moderation and portion control is the ultimate goal for me...I eat lots of salads and green beans. Use my fave seasoning and they are yummy!!! You'll be fine, but gte those veggies. They take away the hunger with the Protien and smart carb snacks.
