ok - so now I can stop figuring it all out on my own and officially start NS! Still doing good with my water intake, food control, etc. I'm probably down another lb or so - it was hard to tell because the scale said I was 3 more lbs down but I was wearing different clothes and it was a different scale - and I'm trying to be as specific as possible ie. weighing approx same time/day each week, same scale, same type clothing, etc. Can't wait!
