Of course day 2 on NS is stopped cold with a stomach virus - sure this probably won't hurt me weight loss wise I don't guess but it's probably not great for my metabolism and just puts me one more day behind in getting in the 'rhythm' of eating these foods in this way. Oh well. I'm home with my two too-cute dogs and I think the worst is behind me. I'm ready for Friday's weigh-in! I think. :)
