Travel challenges

I'm only on my first day and am wondering how I'm going to deal with traveling and staying on track.  I travel a lot and that's one of my biggest challenges is eating regularly let alone have healthy options.  Any suggestions?

Hey there - I do travel a lot (as eggLady so sweetly mentioned)...and am happy to share any tips I can.
Last year I traveled @ every 2 weeks, all internationally for 1, 2, 3 weeks at a time. Honestly it is not as hard as I thought. It is making wise choices.
I travel with NS bars, but most meals I eat out - stick to salads, fill up on veggies, chicken or seafood but without any sauces, avoid the breads. And mostly keep drinking that darn water!
Now, I do go to some awesome places and I do not deprive myself from having a gelato in Italy, a croissant in France, spicy noodles in China...but all in proportion!
I also find myself much more active when I travel, which helps. I tend to want to get out and explore more, find out where there is a local park or something to walk to. And I always ensure my hotels have a gym.
Let me know if I can help in any way.
Best of luck to you...you can do this!

Thank you both eggLady and SanDogJenn that gives me some ideas. I travel every other week and sometimes in between do day trips which makes for really long days on the run. So I guess I should have ordered more bars in my order. I wanted to get an idea of the different foods so I selected a little bit of everything.

But you definately have a good point on what types of food to try to stick to as I eat out alot with clients.

I think I'll need to start packing gym clothes for travel rather than trying to get away with only a carry on with only the basics. I'm rarely gone for more than 5 days at a time.

You guys are awesome. I'm so determined to make this work!!
