be very careful of the tiny print about AUTO SHIP
Hello:
the food plan may work but the company's policy's are horrible!! I had NO idea I was signed up for auto pay!! The print on the website is so tiny that I had no idea I was going to be getting auto-shipped for an additional $249 each shipment.

When I spoke with the supervisor.. he was not at all helpful. I ended up paying a cancellation fee of $80!!! I will be disputing this with my credit card company. What a joke!!

Don't get involved with this company if you don't want to receive very expensive repeat auto-ship shipments.

And what's worse... the customer service is a joke. Not at all helpful!

I have never had any problems. One time I was short on money so I wanted to postpone the shipment but didn't contact them within the "change time" but since they hadn't shipped the box, they cancelled the shipment & changed the ship date to accomodate me! If you talk to them before it ships, they are awesome. After it ships, there isn't much they can do.

well I'm on autoship and I'm glad I am and I save money that way. dispute it with your credit card company and tell them you did not authorize it. I would also continue to talk to a supervisor because they don't want to lose you as a customer but you see that's why I don't order things online I talk to a human being and I was asked if I wanted to be at autoship and I said absolutely.

I would also disagree with you about customer service I've had to do with them before when they made a mistake and you just have to talk to the right person and I got the problem resolved and you should too just keep calling and ask to talk to a supervisor supervisor till it gets right

That 'tiny' print is right there where the plan details and pricing are. Hold your control key and scroll up with your mouse to zoom in, if you have trouble with your eyes.
When I signed up, whoever I talked to made a point to emphasize the autoship detail and the fact that I would have to pay back the discount if I cancelled before the second shipment.
Consumers have responsibilities, too.

Auto-ship gives a $off per month. It would cost more without having it on an automatic schedule. I needed more than one month of food to take off nearly 70 pounds, so saving money wasn't a problem for me.

You can always DELAY your shipment. And... I use a debit card for orders so if something slips up, the money is NOT available on the card for mishaps.... I don't use credit cards and so glad I don't!
