Pleasant surprise this morning...........
I had a pleasant surprise this morning & have no clue how it happened!!! My first shipment arrives today & I think I'm going to keep my weigh-in day for Saturday because it's easier for me to remember. However, I decided to weigh myself this morning just to know what I'm at before starting the NS food.

I lost 3.4 pounds since Saturday!!!

I've been trying to watch what I eat & trying to get in all my water the last few days, but I never thought I'd lose 3 pounds before even starting on the NS food!!

My husband went grocery shopping last night & I had him buy more fruits & veggies (he didn't actually buy that many of them a few days ago as I thought he would). I went ahead & cut them all up last night, so they're all ready for me to have with my NS food.

I cleared off some shelves in the pantry for my NS food & really can't wait for it to get here today!
