Week 2 Weigh-in
I was pleasantly surprised today when I weighed in because I lost 4.6 pounds this week!!!

I have NO CLUE how I lost that much b/c I was sick all week & didn't exercise! I also barely ate anything because of not feeling well, but I did drink a lot to try to flush out my cold/virus. I figured my body would hold on to what food I did eat.

Now, the challenge will be to keep it off now that I'm feeling better & am eating regularly again!!

I'm now down a total of 8.8 pounds since signing up for NS. I'm at 289.6 pounds now!

Don't be discouraged if your body puts on a little of that sick weight. It has a way of not being a permanent loss, but you will be fine if you just stick to the diet, drink all the water and when you feel good enough do the exercise. You will do great. Hang in there.
