Good luck! I've lost 20 pounds in about 30 days, so I know the program is worth evey penny- still have 40 more to go!
I have found that I actually SAVE money on NS! At $11 a day, I'm spending less on NS than I was on lunch and coffee at work! And when I go to the grocery, my total is nothing compared to what I used to spend! With the health benefits and cost savings, I wonder how I could afford NOT to do NS!

Thanks for the "well wishes." I did NS a few years ago, but quit b/c of cost & b/c I stopped eating the NS food when my family was eating other things! I've come to realize that food is an addiction for me & I'm working on an addiction recovery program through my church along with doing NS. I'm going to stick to it this time...... no matter what!!
