I have found the secret to my food problem - soy. Yup, soy is the problem. I just placed my new order with 85%less soy. I had to give up some of my favorites like the bars at lunch, but on the whole, I didn't want to give up the program. They email me a soy percentage list of all their foods. That was very helpful. I can still havecereal and muffins for breakfast, cheesy potatoes for lunch with a nice salad and lots of dinners. I feel better already. I have lost 23 pounds and want to lose 10 more then maintenance.
MAKE IT WORK, HAVE A SALAD WITH 1 OZ BLUE CHEESE IN IT. HAVE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER AND GARLIC WITH LUNCH. ANYONE INTERESTED I'LL GIVE YOU RECIPE. Roast one head of caulifower cut in florets with 2 tablespoons freshly minced garlic. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil (yes you can have that) mix all up, roast on shallow pan with salt and pepper for 15 minutes at 450 degree oven. Turn florets over and roast another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, BROIL for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve. Awesome, try it, Hari
