I have been just floating around for the last 45 days, time to step it up. I got the Zumba dance CDs and am doing that daily while I stick to the eating plan, One-Day-At-A-Time. it is time to drop another 20#.

I can't seem to get through a day without a little off ns food. I know this part of the subconscious eating I do when I gain weight. Because of this I have hovered around a 20# weight loss since New Years. I need to jump back on the ns bandwagon. I have physically felt horrible when I've eaten too many carbs. It seems like a no-brainer!

I ate the Buffalo Chicken Wrap for dinner and I have to say, "WHAT WAS THAT?" It tasted like tuna, smelled like tuna, but says it was chicken. humph!! Didn't like the spicy flavor. I was sent two of these dinners. I'm guessing Richard will eat it.

I am tired of eating so many veggies and drinking so much water. I am now beginning to understand why I have never kept weight off.....I just decided I need to call a counselor. I am craving carbs. Any suggestions?

Hit the big 2-0, and I don't mean my age, thank God. I am very happy with my results. Got a long way to go, however.

I have half a pound to go until I hit 20#. I have moved into a smaller pair of jeans and was told that a top I wear to work was too big and needed to retire it. I ate the double chocolate bar with caramel dessert the other day and had to eat it over time because of how sweet it it. I don't miss eating sugar!

DH left for a trade show in Orlando yesterday and will return late Wed. night. So it is all me and only ns foods in the house. I cooked chicken for my proteins this week and had to fight the cats for it.
Report on the outdoor cats: a kitten has started to visit us, I named her Gladys. Butterscotch has decided I could pet him and is starting to wonder why he can't come inside like our house cats do. I don't know how to explain it to him. The last cats who did this we ended out adopting and getting neutered.

I just received from Amazon.com the Women's Health Big Book of Exercises (Men's Health puts one out too). It is great in that they offer 100's of exercises with variations and lay out a wide variety of workouts that take varying amounts of time. Check it out.

I have said this before but it is worth saying again because I too need to be reminded. The day on ns goes much saner if you get two of your glasses of water down before 8am. Some of my recent days weren't as easy because I didn't live up to this "rule." Good Luck!

I am finding my pants are getting too loose for comfort and yet other pants are finally fitting the way they should. I am putting of getting any new clothes. I plan on sewing new stuff for this spring.

Just wanted to log in that I am here and I too had the Peanut Butter Granola bar for breakfast. I love anything peanut butter. Day is too busy to write anything more.
