This day is easier than day one was. I was really hungry midafternoon yesterday. Every time in the past when I have started a diet, I would be rip roaring hungry at bed time and I don't eat at that hour. I don't like to eat past 7pm. But because I didn't eat enough calories during the day, I would be hungry at bedtime. Last night I was pleasantly surprised I wasn't hungry.
