Preparing Grocery List
I recieved my package today and am starting my grocery list. I have a question on the vegetables. I see it says 4 serving per day and I am probably going to go with canned low sodium veggies for the most part. The grocery Guide says 1/2 cup non-starchy vegetables when cooked. I know this is silly but can I turn that into 1 cup 2 times a day? Sorry im a guy and have no idea what im doing.

Yes you can do that. You can also eat more than 4 servings of non-starchy vegetables if you like. 4 servings is the minimum amount.

The serving size is 1/2 cup raw or 1 cup cooked for most of them. I, too, use canned veges. on occasion and do 1 cup for 2 servings.
