I have had several of my friends on NS ask where I have been and how I am doing. I am still with the NS plan and am still losing weight, all be it slower now, but I have switched up my lunch and dinners. I have started losing more since then and I also got back into Jazzercising and also am still running. I have not been on the NS site for awhile, not since my husband was deployed to Iraq for the 3rd time at the end of January. He is doing well and I am hanging in there. These deployments certainly do not get any easier. I hate him being gone. I also have my parents living with me and have finally settled into my new job.

But I am forever a mover and have found new projects that take up a lot of my time. I am enclosing my garage, building a shed, and I still work every other weekend on third shift at my old job. Losing close to 38 pounds has definitely given me the strength and endurance to take on all my projects at once and I thank NS for that and I thank all of you out there for your concern and motivation. THANK YOU!!!!

I still have a goal of losing 70 pounds and am not going to stop until I get there, 32 more pounds to go.

Good Job Emmert....glad to hear you're still rockin it!!!!! Switching up your lunches and dinner is always a great idea because you eat more calories in the day and less at night that way!! Sounds like you're trying to keep busy...good for you!! You hang in there and he will be home before you know it!!!! love to you all!!!

So that gives me atleast half of the day to burn them off. And as you know your lunches are fewer calories so I eat them at night and about 3 hours before I go to bed so I have less food to digest before I head to sleepy town. Also my body needed a change up. I can attribute starting Jazzercise again to getting out of the rut I was in. It is not a matter of losing more just losing again, because I had stopped.
