Wow!! Awesome Dottie...just think if you would have quit after the first zero loss week! It was so discouraging. This is such a great pic illustrating perseverence. I relate to you because I think our "first" weeks coincided last summer. I had zero lbs. lost that week too. I still have at least -10 to go to be at my best running weight. I am thrilled that you are almost at your goal weight and I am too. P.S.Hope you are in great health after last week. Clemmie
