Ok, I was skeptical on whether I would like the grilled chicken or not and when I opened it, my first thought was I am going to end up throwing this away! But, to my surprise I actually liked it and it went well with my mashed turnips from the garden and a salad. umm umm good!

I am going to St Charles,MO this weekend with my mom and sisters to shop at all the little shops downtown. We are leaving Friday afternoon....Soo I will be eating out that evening and then on Saturday, this will really be a challenge since I havent' done it yet. Wish me luck...especially to stay away from the rolls...I miss bread so much!

What a beautiful day here in Springfield, IL... My exercise today was to go to my parents and mulch and rake their leaves....WOW what a workout! They appreciated it very much though.

I have been sticking to the NS program and nothing else. I am wondering why I am always so gassy, I know not a nice topic but I have to ask if anyone has any suggestions for this and constipation. I am doing everything NS says, I have my fruits, veggies, protein and dairy like im suppose too. I think thats why I didn't lose any weight last weigh in, any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

One whole week has gone by and I have lost 8 lbs. I am so happy on this program except that sometimes I feel like I am rushed to get in all my food at each meal especially on weekends when I don't get up as early and have errands to run. To see the weight loss is so motivating!

Yes, I enjoyed myself last night at the bonfire without eating all the food that was there. I took my NS chili with me and had a salad with lots of good veggies, which was both good. You don't know how bad I wanted a potato chip though......but I didn't take even one, I did have one ultra light beer though, but even so I am so proud of myself.
Today I have birthday party to go to, which will also be a challenge watching everyone eat cake and ice cream.....will the parties never end.. lol

Good Morning, I am going to a bonfire tonight and I know I can stay away from the hotdogs, but I am a little worried about not having a beer and roasted marshmellow.

Day four and so far so good! Most of the food is good, but unfortunately, I bought a lot of the whole grain O's and I thought they were pretty bad so will have to find a way to make them taste better. Will definately change order for next month. Today was my first challenge, as I was out running around, it was hard to get in all the food I had to eat, but I Did it!
