Day 5
Good Morning, I am going to a bonfire tonight and I know I can stay away from the hotdogs, but I am a little worried about not having a beer and roasted marshmellow.

I really don't think two marshmellows would hurt!!! Stay strong and God bless!

Take along a turkey dog and you will be able to have those too. Maybe you could just eat the crunchy outside of the marshmallow, surely the fire will have burnt away all the calories. LOL

I went to a cookout last night.....I had 2 Hebrew National Fat Free Hot dogs and they were not bad....and 1 whole wheat hot dog bun and 2 spoons of homemade chili on top with onions. The counselor told me exactly what I could have...this was instead of the NS meal that night. I was not even tempted by the marshmallows, cakes, chips, and cocoa. So you might want to eat a fat free hot dog so you won't be hungry and then if you just can't resist the other, maybe you won't have as much.
