NOW WHAT DO I DO?
I just found out I have 10 dinners left (which is correct), but only 6 lunches and only 4 desserts. No, I haven't been eating them, but my 19 yr old son apparently took a liking to the meal bars! He at least showed genuine remorse when I explained the program I’m on…let’s just say he won’t be eating any more of them. Regardless, what do I do now? Fill in with 1 oz of protein, something low calorie…? Any suggestions?

Hi - you could probably buy some zone bars or other bars with a similar calorie count that you could look up on the ns website. I find the ns foods really don't differ that much in calories from regular food its just the portion size. 1oz protein is easy to get from either an egg, 1 oz chicken, I'm going to try making some turkey meatballs with just the turkey meat and A1 and see if I can make each one weigh about an ounce cooked. I know for me somehow I'm missing a breakfast, I figure that day I'll just eat some of the trader joes high fiber cereal I used to eat but with only 4oz of milk. Hope these suggestions help and I'm sure you'll come up with some good ones.

Well try to buy some Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones (Weight Watchers) frozen entrees which have similar nutritional count as NS food!!! Or bars, as already mentioned above. I believe some Slim Fast Protein bars are close to NS bars as well.

Good luck to you! I love the picture of Mona Lisa, I took a picture under the Original in Paris a year ago!

Have a nice weekend!

I agree with the above. If your son is really into the mealbars you can always buy some alacarte for him (*). Betti
