New Scale

I am so freaking excited.  I read someone's blog on here about how they had a scale that measured muscle and fat as well as weight.  I never knew such a thing exsisted, so I started reasearching it and amazingly I could actually afford such a thing.  I ordered it and it came yesterday.  I was so afraid to get on it, But this morning it had said I lost 2 lbs. Now granted this is not the same scale I weigh with everyday, but I like it much better and I would think a $50 scale would be much more accurate than a $10 scale from walmart I bought 10 years ago.  Needless to say I love my new scale and I got my first reading on the Muscle and Fat.  And since I have been doing P90X I fully expect to see my Muscle increase and my Fat decrease. 

Obviously it doesn't take much to get me excited....

I was amazed when my BF and I were shopping for a scale as well and found one at wal-mart that did the same thing. It tell you how hydrated you are what your BMI is and you can even set a goal weight so it will help you track where you are. The nice thing is it will save your progress for you. It's amazing how cool even a scale can be!
