My skin feels great and although I am 53 I feel like I'm 33! Will continue with renewed strength and power to reach my goal!cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxIt's been slow, but I won't give up!http://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2010/1/31/547636.aspx2010-01-31T11:08:00Z2010-01-31T11:08:00ZThought I would just share that it's been slow losing this weight, but I have lost 18 lbs so far! I started NS 10/31/2009. I feel better, my skin is so much softer and I finally feel good about myself again. There were weeks of no weight loss. Some weeks were only 1 lb lost, but I hung in there. My plantar fasciitis also stopped me from excercising the way I wanted to, but I managed to do something. I really want to reach my goal no matter how long it takes! So like me, if your loss it slow, hang in there, don't give up. The results are wonderful for your mind and soul. cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxSO LITTLE SINCE OCT 2009http://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2010/1/23/541813.aspx2010-01-23T10:51:00Z2010-01-23T10:51:00ZI know "they" say that loosing small amounts like 1 or 2 lbs a week is good, but it is still frustrating to me. I've been on NS since 10/31/2009 and have only lost 14 lbs. I'm really getting frustrated. I am doing 95% NS have not been able to exercise the way I'd like to because of the plantar faciistis, but my goodness this plan is not cheap. I'm really trying not to just throw my hands up in the air and say "forgetaboutit."cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxFINALLY!http://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2010/1/16/534849.aspx2010-01-16T11:47:00Z2010-01-16T11:47:00ZAfter 3 weeks no weight loss, 1 lb down today! I just wanted to share with you all to keep motivated no matter what obstacles come your way. If you really, really want this you may come across challenges that might slow you down. Don't give in! Just pick up the pieces and start again. Good 2010 to al1!cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxWhat is wrong with me?http://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2009/11/21/507266.aspx2009-11-21T10:44:00Z2009-11-21T10:44:00ZI am so motivated but I don't know what's wrong! Lost 3lbs first week, 2.1, week two and today, week three, gained .05. What's up with that? I've been 200% NS. I hear from everyone else "2 weeks 11 lbs," "one week 6 lbs" etc. and me? Nada! I exercise, I drink my water! I feel like a rabbit! What am I doing wrong! I feel the difference in my body, but I want to see the scale move! I'm about to throw in the towel! I'm about to dive head first in something chocolate, gooey, and full of calories! This would happen to me! When I was diagnosed with cancer, this may sound crazy, but I said to my oncologist, I guess now I'll finally lose weight, right? He said no, in fact, "you may gain". Go figure....now I'm getting depressed.cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxLife could be betterhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2009/11/19/506684.aspx2009-11-19T09:13:00Z2009-11-19T09:13:00ZStill motivated, but I have been hit this week with more than my share of obstacles. I always bring myself back to reality and remind myself, "I could do this, I could do this, I will do this."cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxI WAS DYING FOR SOME ICE CREAM!http://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2009/11/18/506195.aspx2009-11-18T11:35:00Z2009-11-18T11:35:00ZToday, I made my Choco Chip Pudding in advance. Froze it, saved a dairy and added a small dolop of fat free whipped topping. It was good. Thought I's share.cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxBREAST CANCER NEW GUIDELINEShttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2009/11/17/505387.aspx2009-11-17T11:42:00Z2009-11-17T11:42:00ZI am trying to lose this weight to be healthy and to avoid a rediagnosis of breast cancer. I have been twelve years cancer free. I am so outraged over the gov't panel's new outline for testing for breast cancer. I was diagnosed at age 40 with Stage 2 breast cancer. I decided to have this routine exam and it was a God send that it was found in time. After a lumpectomy, lymphoidectomy, chemotherapy and radiation and the after effects, I am alive and able to enjoy life. Why do they want to stop early detection? It's cost? I guess it's cheaper to diagnose someone with breast cancer at a Stage that is too late for a cure. It saddens me and makes my cry for those who will not be diagnosed in time. I have five sisters and thanks be to God, to date none of them have developed this condition. I got it. Why, who knows. I had the genetic testing done, BRCA, and found I did not have the gene for breast cancer. Why stop early detection? It's shameless. Sorry for venting.cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxFOR THOSE SUFFERING WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIShttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspxhttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Archive/2009/11/15/504481.aspx2009-11-15T09:11:00Z2009-11-15T09:11:00ZI just bought today from the Sports Authority a pair of socks that have a little more cushion on the heel for people with the problem, like myself. They did give me a little more support. In addition, they have the insoles for the sneakers at a good price. I paid 19.99! Just thought I'd share.cucudrulahttp://blog.members.nutrisystem.com/Blogs/cucudrula/Default.aspx
